Our services include strategies for balancing academics, athletics, and social life, as well as guidance on opportunities through brand building and deal negotiation. We also provide tailored strategies to enhance tournament performance, focusing on both physical preparation and mental game optimization.
Professional Golfers
We offer tailored support for professional golfers navigating the demands of tour life. Our services include tour life consulting, where we assist with scheduling, travel logistics and accommodation arrangements. We focus on long-term career development, helping players optimize tournament selection and improve rankings. For added support, we offer on-site assistance during tournaments weeks.
About Emma & Patrick
Emma is a seasoned professional golfer and passionate advocate for growing the game of golf at all levels Originally from Princeton, Kentucky, she became one of the most decorated amateur golfers of her generation, capturing both the U.S. Women’s Amateur and an NCAA Individual Championship while playing for the University of Alabama.
Now as her professional career winds down, Emma is deeply committed to mentoring junior and college golfers. She co-founded Pro Reach Consulting to help young athletes develop tournament strategies, navigate the college recruiting process, and prepare for life beyond college—including Q-School and the transition to professional golf. She also gives back through volunteer work with the Western Kentucky University Women’s Golf Team, where she mentors the next generation of female players.
Emma’s influence extends beyond the course through her work as a media personality and podcast host. In 2024, she provided behind-the-scenes coverage for the victorious U.S. Solheim Cup team as part of the Inside the Ropes media team. Through speaking engagements, clinics, and events, she continues to use her voice and experience to inspire and empower others in the game.
Patrick spent nearly a decade caddying on the LPGA Tour, working alongside some of the game’s top talent, including Sandra Gal, Lizette Salas, Jennifer Kupcho, and Gabi Ruffels. He was a trusted caddie for three U.S. Solheim Cup teams and earned a reputation as a logistical mastermind—skilled in travel coordination, tournament preparation, and schedule management.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree and is currently pursuing his MBA, bringing a unique business acumen to the golf world. His deep understanding of contract navigation, player support, and the day-to-day demands of life on tour makes him an invaluable resource for aspiring golfers and professionals alike. Together with Emma, Patrick co-leads Pro Reach Consulting to provide holistic, personalized guidance for golfers striving to reach their full potential on and off the course.
